Dialog is a consulting firm dedicated to helping project owners and teams connect with stakeholders and communities, build durable relationships and achieve consensus on projects and initiatives in Arizona.
Firm founder, Alexandra “Alex” Albert is an accomplished, inquisitive communicator with 24 years of experience implementing and leading community and stakeholder engagement programs that help develop solutions informed by stakeholder and community needs and values. Through curiosity and story sharing, she fosters meaningful dialogue around complex and often sensitive quality-of-life issues.
Alex has deep expertise in creating strategic communication plans, planning and facilitating meetings and events, developing print and digital materials—including websites, social media and visual displays—and managing stakeholder, public and business engagement. She’s also experienced in delivering presentations and interviews in both English and Spanish.
With a strong background in transportation, energy and water projects, Alex brings a thorough understanding of NEPA public involvement, tribal relations, inclusive community outreach and language access planning so project teams can connect with all affected and interested parties to develop and implement projects with community awareness and support.

Passionate about connecting with communities, she excels at developing strategies and materials that drive community and stakeholder input, with a deep understanding of Arizona and engagement best practices.
Meetings, Workshops and Events
Alex helps clients plan and implement engagement events—from workshops and charrettes to public meetings and NEPA hearings.
